In the event of an after hours maintenance emergency, please call is 414-248-6190. Be sure to leave a clear message including, your name, apartment number, phone number, and your emergency.  A member of maintenance will respond within the hour.

After Hour Emergencies
After hours emergencies would consist of Water leaks, Gas leaks, Fire, Flood, CO Detector Alert, Toilet plugged (1 bedroom only), or Lock outs ($75.00 charge to resident).  All other maintenance issues can be addressed during regular business hours.
